    Cancellation Policy

***Please note that a credit card is now required for booking. Your card will not be charged unless you late cancel (within 48 hours without an acceptable reason) or don’t show up for your appointment, and then you will be charged the full visit fee within 48 hours. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to this new policy. If you don’t have a credit card, please call our office to make arrangements.
